Art History Lecture Series | The Munich Secession
This lecture explores the Munich Secession, a group of avant-garde German artists founded in 1892 to break from conservative traditions. Art historian Rebecca Albiani discusses works by Franz von Stuck, Fritz von Uhde, and Heinrich von Zügel, which were collected by Charles and Emma Frye. The talk is part of the museum's Art History Lecture Series.
