  Saeng Douangdara is a Lao-American chef, content creator, and activist based in Los Angeles. He is an advocate for Laotian cuisine in the United States and combines his passion for teaching, storytelling, and cooking through his platform Saeng's Kitchen. He is also an author, photographer, and member of Laos Angeles and the Lao Food Foundation.
