Bicycle Weekends - Lake Washington Boulevard
On Saturday, August 15, Lake Washington Boulevard closes to cars, opening its 8-mile waterfront stretch to cyclists, walkers, and anyone else on wheels or foot. The Olmsted-designed parkway along the lake becomes a car-free zone for the day—a straightforward way to actually use the thing without dodging traffic.
