Dave Matthews Band (also known as DMB) is an American rock band formed in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 1991. The band's founding members are singer-songwriter and guitarist Dave Matthews, bassist Stefan Lessard, drummer and backing vocalist Carter Beauford, violinist and backing vocalist Boyd Tinsley, and saxophonist LeRoi Moore. As of 2026, Matthews, Lessard, and Beauford are the only remaining founding members.
Sierra Hull is an American bluegrass virtuoso mandolinist, singer-songwriter, and guitarist born in Byrdstown, Tennessee in 1991. A six-time Grammy-nominated artist and seven-time IBMA award winner, she has released acclaimed albums including Weighted Mind (2016), 25 Trips (2020), and A Tip Toe High Wire (2025).
