David Engel
David Engel is an American Broadway singer, actor, and dancer born in 1959. He has performed in major Broadway productions including Seussical, Putting It Together, La Cage aux Folles, and created the role of Smudge in the original production of Forever Plaid. A six-time Ovation Award winner, he has performed on the Tonight Show and before Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Variety Performance.
