Sara Gettys is an artist living in Olympia, WA. Her work spans multiple mediums, including relief carving, ceramics and acrylic painting. Although her style varies between mediums, themes of natural forms, and attention to line and form resonate out throughout her work. Her work moves between fine art and craft, between functional and purely aesthetic pieces.
Welcome! This site is up even though it’s under construction. Have a look around and please don’t mind the hammering or the drywall dust. I am a real artist who has been working in clay since 2005, and am currently in the process of expanding my work into illustration.
