Adrian Xavier delivers a live experience that blends reggae roots, dub textures, and global rhythms into an uplifting, high-energy journey. Adrian Xavier was born in Seattle and raised traveling throughout the West Coast of the United States. Adrian Xavier’s early music career began with the band Pure Water, which he started with his long time collaborator Stuart Johnson in 1997.
Ska Island is a high-octane dance machine rooted in first-wave ska and Jamaican roots music with jazz overtones. The band turns up the heat with sweltering solos and grooves deeper than The Mariana Trench.
