As much as an iconoclast, Lido Pimienta is a healer. The trailblazing GRAMMY-nominated multidisciplinary artist —with a practice spanning music, performance, and visual art— has been expanding sonically since 2010. She broke through on 2017’s La Papessa, an experiment in alternative electronica that beat out the likes of Leonard Cohen and Feist for the coveted Polaris Prize.
Pedro Pablo Canale, better known as his stage name Chancha Vía Circuito is a producer, DJ/remixer and composer, from Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. Fusion of electronic music and cumbia is key factor of Chancha Vía Circuito's music. He explores the minimal side of digital cumbia with inspiration from Afro-dance, murgas, minimal dub, IDM, and downtempo. Computer bleeps share sonic space with folkloric chant.
