Edmonds' Lunar New Year celebration features a free theater program at the Edmonds Center for the Arts with lion dances, hip-hop performances, and family activities. A new year's market runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fifth Avenue North and Bell Street, and a Red Envelope Walk promotion runs from Feb. 15-28.
