Pianist Min Kwon performs selections from her America/Beautiful project, which commissioned 70 American composers to create variations on the patriotic hymn 'America the Beautiful.' The program explores the complexity and beauty of America through a curated selection of contemporary classical compositions.

    Korean-American pianist Min Kwon is a Steinway Artist and Professor of Piano at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University since 2002. She excels in a versatile career encompassing concerti, solo recitals, and chamber music, having performed extensively across Europe, North and South America, and Asia with major orchestras including Philadelphia, Atlanta, and the Aspen Festival Orchestra.
