'Mom Jeans' is an American rock band known for their blend of pop-punk and emo influences. Originated in Berkeley, California in 2014, the group consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Eric Butler, drummer Austin Carango, guitarist Bart Starr, and bassist Gabriel Paganin. The band's journey started when Butler and Carango, friends since high school, decided to experiment with music after their previous band split.
