Emily Poole, an illustrator and Jackson Hole native who's worked with wildlife organizations and museums, launches her book *Cascade of Life* at Black Diamond in Wallingford on Wednesday, August 26. The event pairs her nature-focused artwork with a fall preview and includes Canadian singer Kate Rogers.     Born and raised in the mountain town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Emily Poole has been exploring the wild spaces of the western United States since shortly before she could walk. Emily holds a BFA in illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and has created work for organizations such as Creature Conserve, HawkWatch International, and the National Museum of Wildlife Art.
