The Rabbit Box presents Open Michael, a storytelling and stand-up open mic hosted by Emmett Montgomery. The event features a sliding scale admission of $10 and up, with doors opening at 5pm and the show running from 6pm to 8pm. The venue is an intimate performance space with first-come, first-seated seating.

Emmett Montgomery
Born in Utah and based in Seattle, Emmett Montgomery is a storyteller, comedian, and thingmaker who has been performing stand-up since 2004. He has opened for Dave Chappelle and Maria Bamford, performed at festivals across North America, and currently curates community-based shows including the monthly variety show "Weird and Awesome with Emmett Montgomery" at the Annex Theatre.
