Chef Bridget Charters, who lived and worked in Italy, teaches a hands-on pasta-making class at Hot Stove Society. Participants learn to make handmade pasta dough and shapes like pici, cavatelli, and orecchiette without a machine. The class includes tasting sauces and taking home a box of pasta.
