Rita LiDu, a Brazilian vocalist from Rio de Janeiro, performs her Ipanema Bossa Soul Project, blending traditional bossa nova with modern jazz and Brazilian pop. The show features her on vocals, George Durante on guitars and backing vocals, and Shaun Glodowski on percussion.

RITA LIDU was born in Belém do Pará, North of Brazil and the entrance of the Amazon Rainforest. Resident of the city of Rio de Janeiro for many years , this “Carioca” at heart was considered by the press as one of the new voices of the Brazilian Popular Music– MPB.
