The Seahawks open their training camp at Lumen Field on Saturday, August 15, giving you a chance to watch the reigning Super Bowl champs run drills and shape up for the season. It's free to watch and family-friendly, though you'll need to shuttle in from Renton since there's no parking at the practice facility itself.
