STG Dance for PD®
STG Dance for PD® at Kerry Hall uses dance, live music, and community to support people with Parkinson’s disease. Professional dancers and teaching artists guide participants in exploring movement to address balance, flexibility, and coordination. No dance experience is needed, and the class is open to all abilities.
