Prana Path leads a guided sound bath at Chism Beach Park in Bellevue on Wednesday, August 19th—basically an hour of lying around while someone plays resonant instruments meant to settle your nervous system. It's free, all ages, and happens at sunset, so you get the beach and the sky as a bonus.
