Composer/band leader/poet/drummer D’Vonne Lewis is the grandson of the ‘Godfather’ of rock and roll/soul: 1950’s-1960’s Northwest organ legend Dave Lewis. D’Vonne is a first-call drummer to many bands and legendary musicians, nationally and worldwide. Lewis graduated from Seattle’s Roosevelt High School in 2002 and was a member of the award-winning jazz band, directed by SRJO trombonist, Scott Brown.
An experienced guitarist, Demarcus Baysmore-Davis began learning guitar at 11-years-old. Now 27, he performs often in the Seattle area with a variety of groups. Specializing in a plethora of genres of music, Demarcus plays jazz, pop, blues, R&B and more. Reaching beyond the electric guitar, he also plays the bass in professional setting.
