Chef Alex Gonzalez takes over Fair Isle Brewing's kitchen on Sunday, August 2 for The Sandwich Saga, a pop-up focused on sandwiches built around rotisserie pork shoulder, Chicago beef, mortadella, and Puerto Rican flavors. It's a recurring residency, so if the sandwiches are good, you'll know where to find them next time.
