The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife hosts an 11th annual statewide trout derby at over 100 stocked lakes. Participants catch green-tagged rainbow trout between April 25 and October 31, 2026, to win donated prizes. No entry fee is required, but a valid 2026 fishing license is needed for anglers 16 and older.
