Tulip Town opens its 6-acre farm in Mount Vernon on March 1 for the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, where you can ride a trolley through fields of 55-plus tulip varieties, grab a beer or wine, and let the kids (and dogs) loose for photos among the blooms.
