The Washington Park Arboretum opens its 230 acres for spring blooms—cherry blossoms, azaleas, and rhododendrons at peak flower—starting March 1st at the Graham Visitors Center. It's free, and the center can set you up with maps or a guided walk if you want to know what you're looking at. Good for a morning walk that doesn't require a car or a plan.
