Black Thunder is a heavy progressive rock and stoner rock band from Regina, Saskatchewan, formed in 2009. The trio of Tony Frank (guitar, vocals), Neil Lutz (drums), and Dustin Wiebe (bass) creates heavy psychedelia drawing from progressive rock, 70s hard psych, and hard-hitting drumming. Their music has been evolving in Regina since their formation, with recent releases including the 2024 album 'Good Batch'.
