Owned and operated by Chef Traci Calderon, the Atrium Kitchen provides cooking classes, private events and dinners, team cooking challenges, and a free community meal program called “Nourished Neighborhood”. The Atrium Kitchen is also a food-business incubator, and Chef Traci works directly with food entrepreneurs as they test out their concepts with Pop-Ups and cooking classes.
