Demontrice Bigham - Founder & Executive Director Demontrice Bigham is the visionary founder and Executive Director of the Alain Locke Initiative. With a passion for education, advocacy, and leadership development, Demontrice has spent over a decade working in the nonprofit and human services sector, ensuring that marginalized communities have access to resources, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Demontrice earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before continuing his academic journey at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, where he obtained a Master of Divinity degree, and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration, from North Greenville University.Browse all performers
