For Peace Band is a reggae music group formed in Santa Rita, Guam, in 2012. The current members are Jacob Iosia (lead vocals/Keyboardist), Freddy Bordallo (lead vocals/Drums), Zach Quinata(Bassist) & Kameron Quinata(Lead Guitarist). Throughout 2012-2015, For Peace Band performed locally on the island of Guam & Hawaii at bars & island music events. The band released their first full-length album “Forwards Ever” June 2014. The album was received well in the U.S for their roots-reggae & lovers rock sound. In 2015-2019, For Peace Band released “Feel This EP” 2015 & began touring nationwide with musical groups (Josh Heinrichs, Ooklah The Moc, House of Shem, Arise Roots, Fortunate Youth, Iya Terra, The Expanders, Hirie, Eli-Mac, New Kingston, Through The Roots & more). The band performed at Cali Roots Festival in Monterey, California 2016, 2018 & 2019. In 2018, the band released their second full-length album “Always Love” with Rootfire Cooperative. In addition, “Always Love” peaked at #10 on the Billboard Top Reggae Album chart. On June 21, 2024, For Peace Band released their third studio album, “Massive & Crew”, independently.
