Ingested is an English deathcore band from Manchester, formed in 2006. Champions of a sound fusing precision brutality with dynamic songwriting, they've evolved from underground slam pioneers into a globally recognized extreme metal powerhouse. With founding members Sean Hynes and Lyn Jeffs at the core, the band has released eight studio albums and continues to push the boundaries of extreme metal both on record and live.
