Knute "Mossback" Berger is a Seattle-based journalist, writer, editor, and historian born December 5, 1953. He is Editor-at-Large for Crosscut and Seattle magazine, and host of "Mossback's Northwest" on Cascade PBS, where he writes about Pacific Northwest politics, regional heritage, and history.
