Amassing over a million streams with his first band THE SENATE, Nick Drummond formed the Nick Drummond Band with a hand-selected group of Seattle musicians in 2017. They released their first album Eye of the Storm in 2020 just as the pandemic hit, and now they’ve released their second album Unto the Breach, a more fully realized and mature album that sees the band inhabit remarkably diverse rock and roll territory. “I don’t really think of us as a rock band, per se, even though we invariably play rock music,” says Drummond. “We’ve always existed somewhere in-between genres, and I like that space a lot. This is the type of work I’ve always wanted to make.” Backed by some truly powerhouse musicians, and channeling their infectious and energetic live show, NDB’s Unto the Breach brings listeners on a deep and vibrant journey from start to finish.
