Elizabeth MacDonald is a visual artist based in Bridgewater, Connecticut, who works primarily with clay to create ceramic tile panels and sculptural pieces. Her work, which draws inspiration from theater and painting, explores themes of intimacy, vastness, and fragmentation through textured, grid-organized compositions. A recipient of the Governor's Arts Award in visual arts (1999), her ceramic installations are featured in public and private collections internationally, including hospitals, restaurants, and corporate spaces.
