Yvonne Twining Humber
Yvonne Twining Humber (1907-2004) was an American artist known for her Regionalist and hard-edge depictions of landscapes and cityscapes. Born in New York City and educated at the National Academy of Design and Art Students League, she gained national recognition through her work with the Works Progress Administration in the 1930s before relocating to Seattle, where she became a prominent member of the Women Painters of Washington and stood out from the Northwest School of artists.Browse all performers
