Alana Kysar
Alana Kysar is a Hawaiʻi-born cookbook author, recipe developer, and photographer whose work celebrates the islands' multicultural culinary heritage, particularly her Japanese-American heritage. Her award-winning blog Fix Feast Flair, launched in 2015, and her debut cookbook Aloha Kitchen (an IACP Award finalist named one of the best cookbooks of 2019 by NPR and The New York Times) have established her as a prominent voice in Hawaiian cuisine.
