Paul Horiuchi
Paul Horiuchi (1906-1999) was a Japanese-American painter and collagist born in Yamanashi, Japan, who became a leading figure of the Northwest School of artists. He is best known for his abstract collage works created from hand-dyed Japanese rice paper and his iconic Seattle Mural commissioned for the 1962 Century 21 Exposition.
