Horatio Law
Horatio Hung-Yan Law is a Portland-based conceptual artist who utilizes public art, installation, and photography to connect diverse communities. Born in Hong Kong and educated at Washington University's Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts (MFA '93), his work explores themes of cultural identity, immigration, memory, and cross-cultural struggle through ephemeral and unexpected materials. He is a faculty member at the Pacific Northwest College of Art and is known for community-engaged projects and his extensive "Urban Studies" photography series documenting Portland's urban landscape.Browse all performers
