Barbara Oswald is a visually impaired photographer, painter, and mixed media artist based in Seattle, Washington. With a M.Ed and artistic training from Vienna, Austria, she has been a disability rights activist since 1976 and founded ReVision Arts to advocate for and promote underserved and disabled artists.
