Nate Helgeson
Nate Helgeson is a leading West Coast specialist in historical and modern bassoon performance. A founding member of period instrument ensembles including SacroProfano, Grand Harmonie, and New Vintage Baroque, he appears regularly as a soloist with major baroque orchestras such as Portland Baroque Orchestra, Seattle Baroque Orchestra, and American Bach Soloists. A graduate of Juilliard's Historical Performance program, he holds degrees from the University of Oregon and New England Conservatory of Music.Browse all performers
