Clare Johnson is a visual artist and writer from Seattle who creates paintings, drawings, poetry, and multidisciplinary projects exploring themes of memory, absence, and nostalgia. Her work has been exhibited at venues including Lauderdale House and Jerwood Space in London, and she is a recipient of the Michael S. Harper Poetry Prize and Artist Trust funding.
