Lynne Siefert
Lynne Siefert is a moving image artist from Seattle, WA whose work addresses issues relating to the climate crisis, capitalism, cultural amnesia, and political complacency. She creates experimental nonfiction films on 16mm and digital formats that have been exhibited internationally at festivals including the Berlinale and Edinburgh International Film Festival, as well as at major institutions like the Seattle Art Museum. In 2019, she became the first filmmaker to receive the Seattle Art Museum's Betty Bowen Award in its 43-year history.Browse all performers
