Erdinç Eçevit is the lead vocalist, keyboardist, and bağlama player of Altın Gün, an Amsterdam-based Turkish psychedelic rock quintet. Born to Turkish parents and raised in the Netherlands, Eçevit brings a deep connection to Anatolian folk traditions, having grown up listening to Turkish folk music through his grandfather's cassette tapes. The band has become a leading force in the 21st-century revival of Turkish-influenced psychedelic grooves, earning a Grammy nomination and performing at major festivals like Coachella and Primavera.
