Rhythms of India is the premier Bhangra and Bollywood dance school in the Seattle and Puget Sound area, founded by Shub C. Kaur. We offer authentic Punjabi folk dance and vibrant Bollywood dance classes for children and adults in Redmond, WA and Lynden, WA, serving families across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Bothell and the greater Eastside. Our mission is to share the joy of Bhangra and Bollywood — high-energy dance styles rooted in the rich cultural heritage of India. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, our classes build confidence, fitness, and a deep appreciation for Indian cultural traditions. With over 200+ enrolled students and performances at major festivals and cultural events across Washington State, Rhythms of India is the largest Bhangra and Bollywood dance community in the Pacific Northwest.
