Sonic Pops NW is committed to igniting the flame of rock stardom in the next generation. We firmly believe in music's transformative power to foster self-assurance, perseverance, and personal growth. By blending the rich heritage of classical music with the essence of rock and roll, we seek to inspire both audiences and students alike. Sonic Pops NW Summer Sesh is Seattle’s premier youth rock orchestra experience. This weeklong summer camp is designed for middle and high school musicians. Centered in joy, collaboration, creativity, and high-energy music-making, the camp gives young musicians the chance to perform exciting rock and pop repertoire in a full orchestra setting. Campers are supported all week long by some of the region’s top musicians, educators, and performers. The week culminates in a professional-grade concert at the historic Moore Theatre in downtown Seattle, giving students the unforgettable thrill of performing with their peers on one of the city’s most iconic stages.
