Teigh Gilson is an Agape Licensed Spiritual Therapist and Reiki Master. She offers one-on-one counseling and Reiki for clarity and healing in all life matters. She also leads meditation, life visioning, affirmative prayer and a guided reiki sessions throughout Seattle and online. ALSPAgape Spiritual Center[4 -year program] Teigh is a Reiki master and teaches her popular class “Reiki Chakra Restore” every week at Mind Body Hum in Seattle. Also at the studio she leads a workshop every other month along with one of her colleagues Nina Park which combines an extended Reiki healing, guided meditation and a sound glow sound bath experience.
