The original Pegasus Coffee House, established in 1980 on Bainbridge Island, is the birthplace of the first integrated coffee roaster-retailer in the Seattle area. Designed in the classic European Coffee House tradition, it serves as a community hub, performing arts venue, and gallery for local art, featuring live music and poetry performances.
