Our mission is to produce and distribute world-class organic beer using local resources, low-impact practices, and socially equitable initiatives in order to promote a healthier, happier, and more conscious community. In September 2012, two friends turned a Bellingham basement into the starting point of Aslan Brewing Company.
Ron Extract and Amber Watts moved to Washington from Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas where Ron was a managing partner and Amber had a job with so many roles she could never quite figure out her title. Before Austin, Ron had spent close to twenty years in the industry as an importer, retailer, distributor, and brewer, and had studied brewing at Siebel. Amber was a media studies professor.
Logan Brewing Company is a charity-focused brewery located in Burien, Washington. Our brewery produces contemporary beer styles using ingredients from Washington state and the Pacific Northwest. Our beers and taproom evoke the thrills of video games, old and new. We foster a family and dog-friendly atmosphere in clean, welcoming surroundings.
Yakima, Washington produces over 75% of the United States’ hops—It’s no coincidence that this is where we choose to live and brew. Single Hill Brewing brings the Yakima community together, alongside farmers and brewers from around the country, to enjoy good times and great beer.
Okay, so it wasn’t quite like that, but it might as well have been. Brad Benson and Lara Zahaba – two hopeless drink and chow hounds. Brad, a beer-loving chemist who has been a loyal student, courter, and crafter for years that number beyond his fingers and toes. Lara, a lover of all things gastro – from a savory plate to a smart pour.
