Folk singer-songwriter Peter Bradley Adams, who co-founded the duo eastmountainsouth and had their song featured in Cameron Crowe's Elizabethtown, plays the Ballard Homestead on September 21st. Local opener Nathaniel Talbot, a Whidbey Island farmer-musician, brings fingerstyle guitar and roots-inflected songwriting to the intimate 260-seat acoustic room in this 1923 homestead.

  • Peter Bradley Adams is a folk-pop Americana singer-songwriter from Birmingham, Alabama. Adams was a founding member in 2001 of the folk pop duo eastmountainsouth. The duo had success with the single "You Dance" while Adam's cover of the song "Hard Times" appeared in the Cameron Crowe's 2005 film, Elizabethtown. Adams began focusing on his solo career in late 2004.
