Nathaniel Talbot is a Pacific Northwest folk singer-songwriter and farmer who combines complex finger-style guitar work with thoughtful melodic vocals, drawing influences from Doc Watson, Elliott Smith, and Gillian Welch. Based on Whidbey Island in Washington's Puget Sound, his music blends traditional American roots with indie sensibilities, often inspired by the farmland and natural landscapes surrounding him. He performs as a solo artist, duo, and with the Nathaniel Talbot Quartet featuring Sam Howard (bass), Russ Kleiner (drums), and Anna Tivel (violin).
