Danny Paisley & The Southern Grass are a traditional bluegrass band from Pennsylvania, continuing the legacy of Danny's father Bob Paisley who founded Southern Grass. Since 2004, the group has produced consecutive chart-topping albums and earned over 20 Bluegrass Music Award nominations, winning the 2009 IBMA Song of the Year for 'Don't Throw Mama's Flowers Away,' with Danny recognized as a reigning IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year.
