Miles Pertl is a dancer and choreographer from Seattle, Washington who trained at Pacific Northwest Ballet School and the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart. He performed as a company dancer with Pacific Northwest Ballet and Het Nationale Ballet, dancing in works by renowned choreographers including George Balanchine, Frederick Ashton, and Jorma Elo. In addition to his performance career, Pertl has created original choreographic works and collaborated on artistic projects including the piece 'Wash of Gray.'
