Elke Hautala is a filmmaker, performer, and visual anthropologist based in Seattle with a passion for connecting the public to history through documentary film, performance, and immersive storytelling. An identical twin and classically trained vocalist with a three-octave range, she has worked as an actress, singer-songwriter, and tour guide before transitioning to documentary filmmaking and academic research.
